For example: Application isn't approved until the pre-inspection occurs and will be denied if lawn replacement work has already taken place. YIKES!!

When you get to the plant list and area calculation THAT is where we come in with a design to bring your dream garden to life. We will draw out the plan using the plant list and area guide you will need to submit for refund. 

We will come out and discuss your vision and come up with design that will not only be beautiful, drought tolerant and deer resistant, it will be a place of rest and enjoyment for years to come everytime you walk outside. 

We will set you up for success, no matter how poor your soil is, there are plants that love poor soil. Yearly additions of compost and mulch will provide the needed nourishment that will soon produce an eye turning garden. 

We will guide you through all the steps you can do for yourself and when you need assistance our crew can come out and assist. 

This leaves the majority of your funds to pay for materials and plants. Friends and family can also contribute with labor, starts and cuttings to get your garden going if they are on the plant list.
